Applying
to FSU is a separate process from departmental application. If you
haven't yet, please do so.

- A complete FSU Graduate Application.
(You can complete it on
line-For US students. International students can
print out the application forms in PDF format)
- 2 copies of your under grad/graduate transcripts
- Your GRE
- A check in the amount of $20.00 US, application fees (Good for
2 years).
