Dr. Beckham specializes in education law, policy and finance. He is also an advocate for recreational greenways and programs for young people. | |
Dr. Gallard's research interests include complexity thinking and positionality as well as the evaluation of educational programs at the national level in Spanish speaking countries. A new area of interest for him is the idea that teaching and learning science has become so complex that it is beyond the capability of teachers, teacher educators and policy makers. It is in this area he is using complexity thinking as a lens for making sense. |

Dr. Iatarola's research focuses on school finance, resource allocation, accountability, performance and costs. She is particularly interested in urban education and has concentrated much of her research efforts on New York City's public schools. | |
Dr. Lewis coordinates the Program in Visual Impairment at FSU and conducts research in the current status and efficacy of services to students who are blind or who have low vision. Dr. Lewis is the author of chapters in professional books on topics as varied as educational programming, assessment, provision of low vision services, and teaching career education to blind and low vision students in elementary school. Dr. Lewis has directed several federal and state funded contracts and grants related to personnel preparation and improving services to all individuals who are visually impaired. |

Dr. Milligan's research explores the challenges posed by religious tensions in the educational systems of multicultural, religiously diverse communities in the U.S. and Southeast Asia. | |
Dr. Milton's specialties include sociology and politics of education, policy studies, and educational research methodologies. He has served as Director of the Center for Policy Studies in Education in the College of Education and is the Program Coordinator and Doctoral Student Dissertation Advisor for Social Sciences and Education students. |
