A FEDERAL HEAD IN THE BASKET.--Judge Jordan, Postmaster at Pensacola, Fla., (Confederated States of North America,) has been guillotined by Postmaster-General Holt. The act, says the Observer of that town, was performed by "the despotic incumbent of the Post-Office Department of the Northern Republic."
