2007-2010 Collective Bargaining – Opening Statement The first bargaining session was held on October 26, 2006. The parties agreed to continue the use of Interest-Based Bargaining, and identified a list of principal issues to discuss in the months ahead, such as salaries, benefits, faculty classifications, and employment predictability. Meetings will be held bi-weekly or more often if required. Both parties are looking forward to cordial and productive discussions.
