Staff Dr. Mary Stutzman Director, Survey Research Laboratory Mary has over 20 years experience in public program evaluations, applied research, state government work, and survey research. As the former methodologist for the Office of Program Policy Analysis & Government Accountability, she gained extensive experience with state programs, applied research, and survey efforts. She was a faculty member in the FSU Department of Public Administration where she taught public program evaluation and research methods. Bellamy 161A 850-645-5603 mstutzma@mailer.fsu.edu Yuhang Shi Ph.D., State University of New York at Binghamton, 1995 Director, Data Analysis Unit Yuhang has a background in both social science and computer science. He taught a variety of courses in political science and public administration. He worked over the last two years as computer consultant and instructor specializing in data management and statistical applications.
